Bruh I feel like this mod kinda shows who Monika truly is (Same thing for DDLC Plus too). I've seen many people portraying her as yandere, psychopath, who knows no human boundaries. Not that I'm trying to protect her or something, but her actions are SOMEWHAT understandable. This self-awareness that struck her surely did impact her way of thinking a lot and I think it totally would do the same for everyone. Cuz even Sayori can't stand the urge to abuse her powers as self-aware. I think Monika is just the person she's shown by DDTO plus mod, except she got carried away during "winning our love" arc...
