I love that we didn't get more exposition about Adam Warlock. We know all that we need to know, now he shows up magnificently and wrecks house. The way James Gunn portrays characters without falling in unnecessary tropes. He knows when to show, not tell.

Dude shows up and in less than 5 min completely hands the GOTG their asses to them. I look forward to seeing what they do with his character in the future. For those who don’t know AW has not only defeated Thanos in the comics (single handedly), he also can wield the Infinity Gauntlet. In terms of pure strength, he’s up there w/ Cap Marvel and Thor.

I have seen this movie 4 times in the last week and think I might go a fifth. It’s that good. Gunn really poured his heart and soul into this movie, threw in everything he ever wanted to include, and in doing so manifested not only the best Guardians but one of the best superhero movies of all time.
