Its 11pm and i think this finally fixed it, after days of tweaking my cpu and gpu and testing every sigle setting in the game at 2 resolutions thanks dude

7900xtx 7800x3d fixed <3 Most of stutters are GONE, sometimes once a few mins but it's game i guess, i used to have stuttering all the time :) Subscribed and liked!

This actully helped my frame stuttering quite a bit and im on an nvidia geforce rtx 3060 laptop, my frames usually are capped under 100 fps which sucks idk how to really fix that issue, but this helped the stuttering become pretty much gone!

Got the ryzen 7800x3d and radeon 7900xtx on low settings and still got freezes/lags on the big map.
