I descaled, I cleaned with paper clips. I was still getting varied ounces from different settings. As you suggested, I shut it off, unplugged it. put my finger on the start switch (my has a switch in the back), and plugged it back in. My large cup was only giving me 6 oz. now it's back up to 10 oz. Lot's of YouTube bumping around until I found you. Thank you!

This absolutely worked. I tried everything. Blowing air to clear the pump, clean out the needle, every part. When I unplugged and held the power button. I am getting full cups of coffee. Thanks for sharing.

My Keurig didn't do anything when I pressed the dispense button. I went in the menu, pressed restore to factory settings and it worked! Once again, thank you! A few days ago, it wasn't dispersing the coffee, so I stuck a paper clip in the pin and it started dispensing. Thanks to your help, my Keurig is up and running again :)

It took me four trys .AND it works!!!.This may be the only fix to most of Keurigs not-enough water in- the cup problem.Thanks a bunch.

It only works if you politely turn it off. You can’t do it rudely.
