I like at the end where the line from the main machine is split so the same chips can be labeled as "name brand" and "generic" from the same exact processing line. Brilliant! Save some money and by generic.

For factories, frying them instantly is essential. For home recipes, boiling for a few minutes with salt water before frying produce the same crunchy, crispy chips from bags.
