it’s actually a sound called notfreakingway but slowed down to 2 different pitches,0.2 for near closest sound,and 0.06 for far sound

Rush's sound is called "glitched audio" in the Roblox Creator Marketplace. If you slow the sound down to 0.06%, it sounds exactly like Rush.

The origin of Rush's sound is a glitch scream sound slowed down. I don't know the ID for it but you can search it up on youtube.
