I thought i did everything right but it just doesnt even boot, its just a constant "_" command line blinking and a black screen, ive waited for it to try and boot but nothing.

Is this the same process for a removable drive. I'm also assuming you could use the entire volume if you wanted.

Hello I also am having the issue someone else had where it’s a black screen with the blinking white cursor. My computer is an ASUS g50vt. I have gotten bionicpup installed but haven’t been able to install bookworm. I’ve tried two different tutorials the first one said error in the disk partition or something like that. This one just blinking cursor. Any help greatly appreciated.

They removed the option for full installs? I know it's not recommended, but I'm trying to set up a media server and I don't want to use the SFS file system. Computer is absolutely ancient and it won't run Debian 12.
