Looks like a Nabisco-deficient diet, or it might just be SD (Seasoning Deficiency), i.e. a deficiency in any one of the essential spices and seasonings, like A-1 Sauce, Sriracha, or soy sauce. I personally carry a hypodermic needle with Maggi in it, for emergencies like this.
