You forgot to mention bagging (Staying in back to pull broken items and win) This is broken on a lot of tracks, so broken that it's literally better than going forward, I hate this strategy with a passion because it feels wrong that you can get an easy 1st place without actually "racing." If you have the breakaway on a track with a dozen shortcuts, then you're cooked because, with everyone bagging, because the item balance is based off distance, they'll get such good items and they're shortcuts to catch up to you, and you're gonna get Mario Karted. Even with the Wave 6 changes, which supposedly nerfed bagging, the update dif nothing to stop baggers. This is the reason why I don't play Competitive Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Nice vid. Mario kart Wii inside drifting bikes were soo good but in mk8 deluxe they defeated the purpose of bikes. Wheelies in mkwii were op but they didnt have to remove inside drifting and funky Kong
