I will NEVER ever buy another a Alien. After 3 months it died. Fuck those pieces of shit. I've had a eleet that surpasses that Alien junk.

I have the same problem with mine. I tried a new coil and charged batteries and it still wouldn't turn on.

I dropped my smok off of my friends mini fridge and it landed on its top where the tank is. I have a dripper on it. I pick up the vape and i put batteries in it and nothing happened. I tried turning it on nothing happened. I tried plugging it in with the charger that came with it and nothing happened. I need help

Try to put a small alluminium foil at the end of the batteries conecter

Take out the batteries and charge them then plug the mod in a put the batteries in and smok should pop up

Take the tank off the mod remove the batteries close the battery door the 510 connector down tap the mod on a table not too hard it should work

Just broke the tank off mine. Screws came out and all. Same issue, hella irritating when all the vape shops are closed. I'm just going to buy another. Preferably not smok. My 2 and 4 bay chargers are totally jacked up. Gotta keep the cord at a certain angle for it to stay on.

Plug in your mod without the batteries and once letters pop up insert your batteries and then it will turn on

there is 2 pins one is under the hidge push the back of the battrey compartment down (on the hidge) and trun it on if that works ram some paper in there and it will work just fixed mine like it

Wipe the batteries and any connection too the batteries worked for me

Well for mines the problem started after I took out the batteries while my mod was on. I took it out real quick to change my batteries because that pair was dead. But then all of a sudden it wouldn't start back up no matter what I put in.

For me itried to remove the batteries butt them back not worked tried to plug it in the charger it worked

Just plugit into a damn computer like you would to update it......turn the mod on while plugged inand boom it works thats how I got the ol I priv back to life but I am getting a new mod fuck smok

Guys i fixed mine just by using the hair dryer...you remove the batteries and just use the hairdryier to dry out all the moisture in the battery section..you wont see the moisture but trust me moisture is everywhere..so just hairdry your vape and it worked for me..

I have the exact same one though I lost my battery charger! It just won’t turn on
