Dendro slimes from my experience seems the friendliest one and I even feel bad attacking them.

Had a similar experience with a hilichurl. All its friends were attacking while it just did its own thing. I think it's either a bug or mihoyo just genuinely programmed the occasional mob to not be aggressive.

Slimes can only attack if they're in a large group. If they are the only slime left, they'll probably try to run away.

Mihoyo should add a neutral system in yellow health bar or something within types of enemies so some enemies wont attack unless you attack them first when you roam
