Interesting take. The original layout was launch > top hat > first overbank > second overbank > third overbank (just below the first) and then a 540º helix before the brakes. After the incidents on Goliath (Magic Mountain) and Montezooma's Revenge, Cedar Fair legal basically forced them to axe the helix due to backlash over high G-forces.

What’s the banking on the updated second overbank? It looks like it’s banked enough to be an inversion, presumably adding 2 inversions in the heartline roll and the cutback if this is past 135
