Not bad. I'd add that you're missing a lot of primaries working into that which come from internal arts folks who incorporate iron palm. You need the right liniment as well and should always emphasize it. Dale Dugas has good liniments. My palm trainer was Pakua Chang master Park Bok Nam so lot soft internal work before hitting the sand bags, etc..
