This is SO FUNNY!! You are hilarious! I typed in "low-carb almond flour fried chicken" on YouTube because I want to try this exact dish, and there you were. I'm so glad you showed us how it turned out in the end and that you'd prefer to add spices to the flour.

I ran across your page with a search for using almond flor for fried chicken and you are the first page that pulled up. I will be trying this also. It looks really good! I think I will use the air fryer and hopefully, it comes out just as good. Thank you for sharing the recipe and the story about your son as well! I enjoyed watching!
