I eat this all the time. I was 458lbs. I'm at 240! I've lost a person over 3 yrs. No saggy skin .. still lots of muscle at 59. Of course its not the only thing I do but it surely helps. And I just cut an apple n toss in a pan with ½ cup of water n toss a pinch of Cinnamon or toss in a Cinnamon stick while I cook the apple. I add Splenda brown sugar too occasionally. .. best applesauce ever. Especially great with pork filet or chicken teriyaki breast on the George Forman. A lil sweet potato .. and perfect dinner.

Watch out if you are on Keto -- this desert, as specified, will max you out on your daily carbs with just one serving. 100g of apple puree (without any added sugar) is about 40g of carbs!

So the yield is 5 servings @ ~100 grams of apple per serving. Seems like a good way to stretch a few apples between a family of 5, or guests for a dessert dish. I think this is an interesting way to think outside the box, so to speak. I'm going to try it and ask my wife's opinion to see if she likes it. Again, I think it's a great idea. My mom used to make Jello with fruit cocktail in it, so I can't imagine that it wouldn't work. Maybe even try pureed pears, idk. Thought provoking. I wouldn't think twice about serving it to guests. Perhaps an array of toppings they could add, such as slivered almonds or whatever. 🏻

Use ceylon cinnampn. True cinnamon. Saigon and vietnamese cinnamon have big levels of coumarin, a blood thinner, that does not help weight loss.

Tho it'll only work if you eat one or two in a day. Eating them in one sitting is definitely a bad idea cause apple have tons of sugar in them and the body convert sugar into fat, it doesn't matter if it's processed or natural cause sugar is sugar. Tho it looks delicious

So.....? when do you eat it? how often do you eat it? does it replace a meal? wouldn't it be helpful if answers to these basic questions were included.
