I watched both and I agree with you that AUM is sicker than A Serbian Film. A Serbian Film actually had some good acting and a good plot. August was just one big mess.

When I look back on Mordum there was a little bit of story to it, Maggots trying to be more depraved than the chicks (crustys) boyfriend to win her affection in the twisted love triangle. Maggot also because he's mentally disabled in some way threatens to jeapordise (spellcheck) the fat killers set up and (sick) lovelife... So in the end he kills him... Wouldn't call it a Tolkinian masterpiece but there was something resembling structure.

why review a film when u say you skipped most of it. Waste of fucking time isn't it? Then you say Mordum (a piece of garbage film IMO) was more disturbing when you didn't really get a sense of the psychological set up of Serbian Film. A Serbian Film was more disturbing. I didn't think Mordum looked real at all. People don't act or talk like that for the most part so I didn't get a sense of it being realistic at all. Just prfetentious exploitative boring garbage.
