once the deal has been struck and payment received , the honesty and integrity that i have entrusted to the manufactorer or smith and even the ammuntion makers as well to protect the lives of those i love most, shouldn't have to be about reading the fine print

What about titanium guns?
weareallbeingwatched4602 (28 minutes ago)
Chromed tool steel is a superior material vs stainless steel from a mechanical rather than a corrosion resistance perspective. Better labelling would be preferable, and chromed parts can be good - a chromed barrel or bolt / hammer may well outperform an alloy or stainless steel part.
