I'm a retired UK police sergeant and I'm sorry to say the officer who moved behind the QX needs retraining. He should have moved his vehicle right up giving the QX no room to move let alone break out.

The way everyone helped the cops made me smile. They took action, instead on being on the sidelines recording, they put their lives at risk all for a small, innocent child. Kudos to them

That guy in the blue is crazy. After getting hit the first time you think he would move out of the away. Instead he approaches the car, acting like it wouldnt try and run him over again.
