Just keep in mind : in EU 100kg for a man (220lbs) and 80kg for a woman (176lbs) are considered as fat when it's considered as average/normal in the USA.

I went to restaurants in the States and they service way too much food. My friend and I are bigger girls but when we bought dinner there was enough food left over for breakfast and lunch the next day. The portion sizes were staggering.
