I'm so happy for Josh. He was under played and constantly picked out of position. Yet was a TD threat every time he played point guard. He scored more points than an player per minutes played bar sga when at point. Best playmaker and passer as well. Sga hogs the ball and ignores open players and jdub is becoming a similar player. Team ball is taking a back seat. Chet was better when being fed by Josh, but this rarely happened when Josh was wasted on the wing. The Bulls are gonna love Josh. OKC fucked up. I'm happy that I don't have to listen to Rylans negative bullsht any more. You get a short 7 point shooter that's an ok defender for a hi IQ passing machine and TD threat. Good fn luck.

Bulls fan here. Y’all will absolutely LOVE A.C. The only negative about him is that he literally plays so hard all the time that he will continue to fight through nagging injuries. As a fan though, you love that dog.

The reason why OKC got away with murder with this is not because giddey is a bad player. It’s because giddey didn’t fit with this team at all. He was damn a negative player in the playoffs. His “value” was as low as it can be. But to still be able to get a player who every one thought a first round pick was needed to get the deal done for a one for one swap it insane . OKC is gonna be a nightmare to play. This coming a from a fan of another team. Giddey could be good one day; but Caruso is an all defense 3 and D player at the guard position. Only a handful of those guys exist. Sam presti giving out lessons on how to acquire and manage “assets”

Interesting move, could work for both teams. We'll have to see if Caruso actually demands respect with his 3 ball to create more spacing but more defense is always welcome anyway. That said Rylan is underselling what Josh provided by only mentioning rebounds when he's locked in. Presti mentioned in the post season presser that OKC's passing wasn't good enough and this move obviously doesn't help that. Will have to wait and see what else Presti has cooking for that and/or if other guys develop their passing more. And of course the team just got smaller which isn't ideal. Still, I like the trade overall. Good luck to Josh and welcome Alex!

I know Sam kept Shai in the loop he's trading Giddy.....Shai properly said ok do your thing.

The weird thing is that Giddy is what 6-8 who is a very good passer and rebounder and driver, can play guard or Forward. And you can't find a fit for him. He probably should have at least been running the offense off the bench.

One or two big athletic forwards and a backup center is all we need now.
