Joon has very eclectic tastes in different genres of music and likes to experiment, combine and expand on different themes.
Whether it's composing music for a horror movie to music for a commercial involving cats! she enjoys the challenge and creative process. Enjoying listening to Baroque classical, Jazz, world music, ambient, trip hop, lofi, funk, groove, EDM and everything in between.
Joon started her musical career for many years as a gigging musician playing in function and working bands as a saxophone player, as a soloist or within brass sections. Before playing guitar, bass and singing in rock and indie bands. She gained her degree at the west London college of music and has an ABSM grade 8 merit and is music theory qualified.
