My journey to fitness and health. In this channel we are going to pursue health by doing excercises, cooking and eating healthy. By health we talking anything that has to do with physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, financial, relationships health.

I believe and hope that some of my stories will help to restore hope to those who have lost it due to the circumstances of life. Sometimes i will use other people's stories to learn more about health. We will review their lives and stories so as to learn more about health.

May the Lord protect Advocate Mngomezulu, the whole truth has come out. We all know that cases are cooked in our country, especially by the police. I PRAY FOR GOD'S WRATH OVER ALL CORRUPT POLICE OFFICERS. Families have lost their members in brutal murders with all evidence and exhibits, yet cases cannot be resolved.
