she ate and fed her kids sugar whenever they came to her house so that they would love her more. now eating that sugar reminds her of her kids, and how comforting it was to feel loved and attached

Considering how much sugar she eats she actually looks very healthy...but I guess true health is what's happening on the inside. I pray she has fully overcome this. Addiction is real and external support is needed to breakthrough. Bless her.
