As an adult it just blows me away that the kids these days have so many music production tools at their disposal via the personal computer. A decent PC, audio interface, guitar and some know how, sky is the limit.

If someone still read this. Delay does not come from slow computers, but low quality soundcards/audio interfaces. Maybe both. But a good soundcard/audio interface can give you 2ms on the slowest shitty computer (worked in the early 2000s for me with a low end pc)
