I think adding some wood grain strips/pattern to some of these to complete the "fake window" aesthetic would be cool. Maybe even using an actual wooden window frame around squares of canvas/painting material to a fully authentic look. I really like the idea of having a window to looks out into a fantasy color-scape instead of the real world.
