Big thanks to you man, csgo now feels way smooth, it feels like true 165hz (or it's just placebo effect). and the red outline on crosshair have disappeared.

thank you man, thats the only thing that worked for me to play with 100% digital vibrance and max game color in AOC Hero 144hz. The color of the crosshair was strange, now its perfect.
