The Stars being "extra" bright makes total sense, it's the Chernobyl exclusion zone.. No light pollution..

Well the reason why we usually don't see stars this bright is because of light pollution.

Maybe you picked just an unfortunate scene for the point of bright stars but as somebody from polish province - you wouldn't believe how bright stars get without Light Pollution sometimes.

Wendigoon having Russian Actors while the game got rid of the russian actors because of the Drama in Ukraine and Russia is hilarious.

Feature both creators in the title, man. People have followed this sense it was supposed to be an SCP film. I'm happy to hear you liked it!

I'm not surprised, Evan Royalty is a great filmmaker who's done great short films based on the SCP universe. Guy knows his shit.

HE MADE A STALKER MOVIE?????? WHAAAAAT

The only criticism I have for the movie (besides the glaring lack of subtitles lol) is the pacing. They spent waaaay too long on very atmospheric scenes which, granted, were very satisfying as a long-time fan of STALKER, but they could have done more to tell the actual story. Keeping the 80 minutes already there as they are, they could have probably added in a couple more 5-10 minute scenes to help expand on the story a little bit, flesh out the supporting characters a little better, and help make the ending feel less rushed. But I just chalk that up to Evan "Royalty" Muir and Stephen Hancock both being short film specialists. Because that's exactly what the movie felt like, a 20 minute short film stretched out a few times over.

As a mega stalker fan, I thought this movie was a blast. Some other hardcore fans have really bashed it for being too "Tarkovy" but idk what they expected...more mutants and anomalies? I think the focus on Mercs and urban combat was great and some moments felt longer than 5 - 10 minutes in the best ways because it was intriguing. And the overarching "villian" genuinely unsettled me. I was happy with it and didn't realize it was wendigoon until right after the movie haha.

“Over an hour and twenty minutes”, the film not counting credits barely hits 1 hour, it’s like 1 hour and 40 seconds.

Not enough gooning, 7/10 -IGN
