It's true that Kendall's family probably had some influence on her getting into the business, but designers are picking her because she's a pretty girl and has millions of followers on social media. And a good percentage of the models that are famous come from famous families so don't act like Kendall is the first. Hailey Baldwin, Hadid sisters, Francesca Eastwood, David Beckham's kids, Pearl Lowe ect. The list goes on. Good looking famous people produce good looking children so naturally they follow in their footsteps. To me it's no different than the child of a doctor, lawyer, or athlete following in their parents footsteps.

Kendall grew up in front of a camera. Because of her famous family, she has always been on-screen and posing and doing shoots for big names, and started modeling at an agency when she was 13. That is a huge amount of experience for someone who wants to be a model.

She damn well knows if she wasn't famous beforehand that modeling career would have gone nowhere.
