That's terrible, holy shit. Imagine some stranger you start speaking to casually mentions they killed everyone you ever knew and grew up with.

I appreciate the ironic option of slaughtering an entire faction of people and then being able to say about them when asked, “They seemed alright.”

I killed them all... And not just the paladins, but the scribes and the elder too

This is evil, but you know what's more evil? Imagine not telling her you killed off her entire faction singlehandedly. Make her your companion still. Kite her around the wasteland and fool her into friendship. She'll protect you with her life. Ignorant to the fact she is aiding the very person who killed off everyone she's ever loved.

Courier: 'I killed them all'

“And?”

"And?"

When she asked where you come from, you should have said, "the grave." It makes it even more terrifying, from her perspective. If you're going to do it, go all the way.

She makes the same foolish error you can make in Fallout 1, telling everyone you live in a vault, bunker. At least she tries to play it off like it's just some shitty bomb shelter...

I love how throughout the entire dialogue theirs just the option of "i have to go now" as if to say 'ah that bunker... of brotherhood... totally didn't do ote to them'
