For those wondering he lost a hell of a lot of time on corner exit. The car doesn't seem to be rotating enough for him to get the power on when he wants to. He has heaps of understeer at T3 which means he spends all of T4 wide as fuck. You can see what I mean at turns 6, 12 and 14 where he's having to reset on the throttle to give himself enough space on corner exit. The car seems very understeery at low speeds (low diff power?) but he's blaming himself instead of the car so perhaps there's more to it

Vettel is clearly in trouble with this guy as a teammate. I predict even with team orders Ferrari will be forced to acknowledge LeClerc abilities and let them race.

Leclerc is huge person. He has the same time as Vettel ( - ; + ) and he is upset and vettel: mm it was ok

Tbh its hard to see where he lost time. Maybe the long right corner before the long straight he did not apply the throttling correctly, but he hit every apex with good momentum.

He lost not only 1-2 tenths because of that mistake.. He has lost much more because he lost top speed at the end of the straight line because of that mistake.. That was the worst place to make it.. I think he would have beeen very close to the Mercedes

Ferrari are in the same situation as McLaren were, in the 2007 season (Alonso lead driver, Hamilton new #2 who was too quick.) Which made Alonso jealous and very angry. McLaren ended up supporting Hamilton and allowing him to race Alonso. But that made McLaren lose the 2007 WDC to Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonent because Hamilton took many points off Alonso, and Hamilton made a rookie mistake in China that cost him the WDC too.
