It works however It's just a temporary remedy because, by the time you resume your internet connection, the same problem will still occur. Is there any solution to permanently remove this annoying window pop-up when using Adobe?

This work. TQSM. For what i understand on this, the window pop up after it connected to the internet, It will not appear if it not connected to its server over the internet. Therefore, for people that still want to user internet when using the apps, I guest you just need to block the application's connection to internet using internal firewall setting.. This should work even though i don't test this as i only use the apps occasionally.

It works with new projects but not with PSD files that were already in progress before the message from Adobe.

just add a new inbound and outbound rule that blocks the program from accessing internet connection on your firewall, this will save you
