Chinatown Wars for me is my personal favorite. First played it on the DS back in the day, and they packed so much content and story in it despite it being on an underpowered hardware.

To be honest GTA 2 is my favorite one. So much variety of powerups and weapons and with a lot of crazy situations. Also, i love the gang respect, it makes much more sense to me.
