If you want longevity in that place you have to do it in moderation or you'll burn out on drink or drugs and lose everything. Solid advice .. easier said than done.. you have to have will power its very easy to get caught up in the place

Im surprised this guy is still in one piece. All the investors and backers that gave him money that he lost. I would not be surprised if some come after him

I try and stay disciplined when I'm in Thailand, still go to the gym a few times a week but nothing like I do at home. Mentally it's the best therapy ever. Great advice I would avoid anything to do with drugs in Thailand, stay well clear. If you want to know how bad a Thai prison is look up Billy Moore they made a film about his experience from his book. He's on YouTube top bloke.

Some wise words. Going for a trip soon but try too stay healthy by training and not drinking too much. If I stayed in Thailand I would do things in moderation and enjoy things at a slower pace. chok dee krup
