I like this house better than other foreigners who have had homes built in two stories. I like the one level small home with less land. It is easier to manage less property. And all the greenery and plants on outside make it look great. The inside is nice with all that dark wood.

The Home is great. Like the location and how things were built. The price is really nice as well. You bought the lot right next to the house so now the garden is really looking sweet. Nice tour of your home. very neat clean and a happy home for sure. Just a few mins from town which is wise as well. You are correct closer you live to town more exspencive
