It’s glitched because the guest was being chased by Fraud, but didn’t die from Fraud. The guest could have had Ralph kill him while he was being chased by Fraud, which would glitch Fraud out because Fraud only has two options: Kill or stop chasing, but Fraud couldn’t do either of those options because of Ralph killing the guest. (I know this because of experience xD)
