Description
Urban Prepping and the Single Gal
Sharing my efforts to become better prepared for a range of emergency situations and hoping to receive feedback to continue and improve my preps. My prepping is based on what I think is important and practical in an urban environment and for a household of just one person. I hope this will be particularly helpful to others in my situation and anyone interested in being better prepared.
This channel isn’t monetized and I don’t have a relationship with any companies. Any product I review I’ve paid for myself. If a company wants to give me free stuff, I”ll take it. But my general opinion is that there is no particular product that anyone “has to have”, there is always another way to get the same result, and often there isn’t that big a difference between brands. So I doubt companies will be knocking down my door. Having said that, I do sometimes get sucked into buying stuff just because it's "cool" and I may share that in a video.

I love that you were smart enough to blur out your keys. I see a lot of prominent YouTubers not doing this. Some crazy stalker could totally make a copy and break into their homes.

I bought one. It is smart and handy. One small thing - when going thru security at airports, you can expect extra attention, it looks like a pocketknife on screen.

HEY, YOU LITERALLY BLEW MY MIND RIGHT NOW, HOW DID YOU PUY THE DOOCHIE THERE! THAT'S AMAZING, I DIDNT THINK ABOUT THAT, THANK YOU!

I like the idea of both the Doohicki and USB on one side. I agree that the case should be longer.

OH I see so you had to get the flash drive, that could fit on a key ring such as key smart. I like the idea of the mini tool attachment. I just bought one myself it really does keep my keys in order.

you did a real good job on this!!

Have you considered drilling a second hole on your keys? I guess it would push the keys outward just enough so you can close them and the Kingstone.

I have a Kingston data traveler on my keychain too!

Gotta love the Doohickey.

Should I expect the color to wear off eventually? Trying to decide wether to pick a colored version or simply go with the titanium.

I was wondering what your thoughts are on this now.  I've had mine for about 2 months.  It does keep my 6 keys tidy and I don't worry about them scratching up something in my bag.  However, I find that using the keys requires a 2-hand operation because I need 3 different keys to get in my NYC apartments.  Not always easy when you're carrying too much up the stairs as I tend to do!  Do you have any issues using your keys?

Are your keys still loose? I feel like my keys are loose.
