Rutabaga's are huge, does it taste like a yam? Sounds like Rutabaga is a super food and has a lot of nutrients. When you peel it, it looks like a giant yellow potato. Butter make everything taste so much better. You can probably add any type of meat to the rutabaga I'm guessing. I'm not really a neck bone person but could do legs or thighs.
