I love this theme, it's so peaceful and makes me so happy that I grew up with Pokemon. I still love Pokemon to this day. You did a great job with this cover, keep up the great work.

This and lugias song from Pokemon 2000 are 2 of my favorite Pokemon instrumental pieces, because you can feel the emotions embedded inside them. Thank you so much for this masterpiece!

Something about this particular piece gets to me. I can't help but tear up a little every time I hear either the original or any renditions, which this song is perfect for an ocarina.

Growing up on the spectrum, i would often have meltdowns as a kid. These meltdowns often ended in me attacking my co-students, though at the time, this was just treated as me being aggressive, because i didn't get a diagnosis until i was 10 or so, so i never got any proper treatment for it. My resident school bullies eventually picked up on this, and would purposefully push me into having such meltdowns, just to then run to the nearest teacher and tell them that i'm beating someone up again.

What i love the most about your cover, is that you dont skip the more slowed down second part of the main melody, like at 0:15, that most people covering this song just ignore, they use only the fast part, like from the start here, over and over. They follow an arrangement from someone, that clearly did not understand just how important that small detail was for an emotional song like this. The held notes in the second part, and the harmony changing while the note is still played, are what hits me in the heart the most, the original composer knew exactly what they were doing.

I hope the newer generation of pokemon fans come across this masterpiece and develop the motive to watch The Rise of Darkrai
