I wish I could speedrun Minecraft, but whenever I try, It usually takes me HOURS to find even a single village. Whenever I think I get a good seed and a village net to spawn, I can NEVER FIND a Nether Fortress.

This is good except for one thing at 2:51 you do not have to build it that way you can go on block by the lava and build up three and towards the lava one place water on the top block farthest from the lava place a stone block in the lava and place water then remove the stone and start using lava it might save you a few seconds
