I think you did an excellent job in describing the game. Some of the features. Especially when it came to the punishment of for others that don't do as well or make poor decisions. Good to know a game exists where the whole team doesn't get punished. It's not the usual game I'd play but your outline made it interesting enough I'd consider it.
