2nd C-5 Galaxy landing was perfect, better than the first one which wasn't bad either and the KC-135 was just a perfect landing. Well trained pilots and that's the difference.

...had a chance to board a C-5 while in Aviation school several yrs ago. The Most amazing A/C that bad boy is!

Years ago when the C-5 first came out, we had one land at Norton AFB CA. It knelt down but wouldn't get back up. A second C-5 came in with parts, and broke down also. Then a third one came in to fix the second one, and broke. We had one taxiway full of C-5s because we had no room in our parking area. It took about three days to fix them all.

The galaxys tail is bigger than most lighter planes...its a beast....look at the cars slowing down on road to look ...loaded one of these at St Athans in the 90`s....double decker buses...no problem get 4 in...gear doors alone bigger than transit van.... imagine one of these converted to commercial carrier....would sell out tickets

Incredibly light heading out. The C5s didnt even use 3k of runway upon departure. Awesome vid!

Beautiful. Video with some of my favourite birds . Wish there was a C 17 and a B 52 .Thank you for the excellent filming although it was a grey day it was clear on the screen .
