This book helped me. The lessons are obvious, and you feel annoyed that you are reading something so self evident. Then you look at yourself and realize how you aren’t doing any of it. I think these types of books package good habits in a way that guides the reader. Reading them just helps you commit to doing the things that deep down you already knew you should be doing.
