I have reached level 190 and I use a vats rifle build that uses an anti-armor faster fire rate railway rifle. The damage you can deal to a strong enemy like a scorch beast or behemoth is staggering. You can easily take down a behemoth with one "mag" and a scorch beast with two or three while hitting criticals. If you have a team of two or more you can kill the scorch beast queen within a minute or two. Also try carrying a syringer with the barrel that reduces its targets damage resistance, which stacks to four people at a time, and the time to kill that enemy is greatly reduced.

Just found out severe beta wave tuner is stronger than prime receiver. Super effective with 50 crit and 25% less ap for 2nd and 3rd stars
