I prepared this desert today… it turned out to be soo delicious ! But for the preparation of lemon jelly, please don’t use 100ml of lemon juice ! Its too much sour, I think some 50ml would be more than enough ! Thank you

It is simple and SO tasteful! " less is more"! Thank you YKR! Our family adored this dessert especially during the high temperatures I tried it 2wice and the only small thing that I changed (respectfully) was to cook in the oven for 10'at 180C the biscuits/butter mix- so that it would be less "friand" . I alors tried it with fresh strawberries and it was also amazing !!! Thanks to the author of the recipe!
