There is a deleted scene that extended the scene where the boys discover their inventions. I find it quite sweet because the boys realized that Perry knows and always closely watching what they had created everyday during the summer even though Perry was always missing most of the day. This end scene after 'i know what we are goin to do today' was sufficient to be a badass end, but it's amazing knowing a little detail like an easter egg

This scene always hits hard bcs of how phineas felt bad after the fact he believed perry never seen any of their creations, just to be proven wrong with this scene and the fact of they were rebuilt also confirms it as previously perry scanned an aniator before destroying it also also it is proven that he infact scanned them all by just looking at them as there was a camera in his hat the entire time

Plot twist: the voice in the TV is actually something Perry typed in case he needed the boys to save the world.
