Average. The toilets and urinals are from 1993-1994 since they have those early 1.6 logos. My Dillard's has the same toilets and urinals, except they don't have those logos.

The only thing I don't like about the Dillard's restrooms is the fact that they insist on putting a noisy fire alarm in their restrooms. Better hope the fire alarm doesn't sound while in their restrooms!
