There should be far stricter criteria for allowing taxi drivers to drive, including mental evaluations. This guy deserves to lose it all.

This is why I have a heavy duty bush bar on my truck to protect the bumper and dash cam always rolling. If i get brake checked ill use my discretion on if I should slam on my brakes or not. If i feel its unsafe to slam my brakes to stop I'm ramming right into the back and caving in their truck, 100% fault free. I'd be surprised if that little toyota even left a dent on my truck.

Holy shit. I know this is the wrong thing to say or do, but in that situation you should have let yourself hit him. Everything would have been his fault. He'd be fired or strongly reprimanded, have higher insurance rates, and would probably not be hired again as a professional driver.
