I know aside from Mazinkaiser they did the same kind of ending for Mazinger Z/Tranzor Z but does anyone know if they did the same thing for Great Mazinger because I know in the last episode of Mazinger Z we got a glimpse of Great Mazinger's schematics so did the series around said robot have the same kind of ending where they showed a cutaway of Great's left side showing all of his internal components and weapons I sure would like to know.

This is such a cool nod to the original credit sequence from the 70s show. I don't even love this OVA, but this ED playing after Koji dies (as if he PERMANENTLY dies in this Franchise) was one of its highlights for me.
