What Rowling created is priceless. I just get goosebumps everytime I realize how she connected everything to everything else. HP will never die. HP is timeless. She created a new world where love rules, where you can find a shelter! Always.

I have a simple question... let's say Harry is in fact immortal, he cannot die by any means... wouldn't that immortality be part of those things that are "worst than death" ?

Harry Potter and Dumbledore were both in possession of all three deathly hollows all at once at some point in time.

Harry did disarm Draco but it was weeks before the battle of Hogwarts at Malfoy Manor.

There are four Deathly Hallows. The fourth brother was a coward and watched from afar. He also walked with his brothers after the encounter. He wrote the story.

Harry never had all 3 hallows at the same time. He only has possession of them all in the final story. When he has the cloak, he does not have the wand, though he has the stone but doesn't know about it. When he obtains the stone from the snitch he does not have the wand or cloak and he drops it in the forbidden forest and leaves it. When he gets the wand, the stone is in the forest and the cloak is who knows where. He then destroys the wand and throws it away. He never has all 3 hallows at the same time, so your theory makes no sense. There is also nothing that claims he is immortal. He survives death in the final book, but that doesn't mean he can't die. It is more reasonable to believe that he survives because Valdemort merely kills the part of himself that is in Harry and that the wand wouldn't be strong enough to kill Harry because Harry was the wands true owner.
