HEY EVERYONE!!!! THIS IS HOW YOU DEFEAT ALDUIN IF HE IS TAKING NO DAMAGE FROM ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST: run down the mountain till you are far enough away  to fast travel. SECOND: fast travel to Whiterun. THIRD: wait 24 hours in game. LAST: go back and kick alduins fat dragon ass!

The best way to kill alduin and under 3 minutes is to do this. First do not go to THE THROAT OF THE WORLD go to the BLADES HQ go to the left nd there will be a chest in the first room put on the B:ADES ARMOR AND GET THE BLADES SWORD then go to white run and get potions of helth after that face alduin and fight him without running it wont take long at all and if you want it to be quicker get a mage follower I prefer the one in riften he has strong lightning attacks. In my game he is glitched to where he doesn't take damage.

Every time I walk up to him to hit him, he just owns me with his breath and I die instantly.

Alduin was taking damage the first time for me. I died then he stopped taking damage. Dafuqs happening

You have to dragonrend him so he does fly anymore then keep hom on the floor by using it while hees down the the friendly dude will beat him for you

Craft Armor with fire resist enchants. To figure out which dragon is alduin, watch the arrow in your HUD. For heaven's sake don't run around with an battle axe, get a decent bow or crossbow if u have dawnguard. Some guys have already mentioned the dragonrend+dragonbane combo+fire resistant shield combo, which works well too. Make sure you have something to boost your recovery. If you don't have properly enchanted Armor, take a few vegetable soups with you when you go against any dragon.

Use the One handed sword Dragonbane. He will go down in about 5 rounds. Equip Amulet of Talos, Dragonsbane, and the new shout Dragonrend. Hit him with the shout, then get off as mant shots with the sword as you can. When he starts to fly away, hit him with the shout again, then heal up until he lands again. Rinse and repeat.

I had a great idea, i basically hit him with dragonrend once, waited until he dropped to the floor and kept hitting him as his health slowly went down. But the dragonrend restors quick enough for you to hit him with it again before he goes back up in the air, so he is always on the floor

This part was driving me crazy but I ran and got on my horse an as soon as I was out of sight I fast traveled to white run. After I got to White run I fast traveled right back an was then allowed to do some damage. Great tip! I really needed it!!

If he doesn't lose health he's bugged do leave mountain and fast travel back and he should lose health. I beat him and didn't get hit not once all I used was dragonrend deadra lord and flame archronatch

the recent update u can make dragon bone weapons, im using the dragon bone arrows with the nightengale bow, and that has gotten a bit of damage on him! **** ALSO BIG TIP**** i noticed that your quest mark is constantly above Alduin's body, so that is how you tell them apart!

um i love skyrim and all u do is let the other dragon fight him u make him land then the other dragon kills him because im level 63 and when i hit em with anything it didnt work
